I'm leaving for Jamaica in about two weeks and I'm trying to prepare for what to expect. We're staying at an all inclusive resort for a friends wedding. I've heard some people say it's very safe as long as I'm at the resort, and then I've heard some people say it's still not that safe even in the resort.

I've never been out of the country or this far away from my parents, so I'm just trying to get a grasp on everything.

Any advice/suggestions are much appreciated!
