Fatigue in Uganda and the Dr wants to test my poop, what could it be?

I have been in Uganda for a month. I have been extremely fatigued for the last week and a half. I took Malaria medicine but that did not cure it. The Dr. says it may be cronic fatigue syndrom but wants to test my poop. HELP!
