Don't you hate in when the news says that the rebels in Libya are spreading democracy?

There is no guarantee that the rebels in Libya are going to establish a democratic government when they reach power. In fact, history has shown that rebellions often replace one dictatorship with another. Examples include Castro reaching power, the Taliban reaching power and the Egyptian military reaching power.
The news channels really need to hit their history books before they can claim that democracy will be put in Libya.

Answer by Messin With Sasquatch
Oh, I cant Stand it! Reading up on the long history of Libya is too much for them I guess.
The same thing was for Egypt, the stuff going on in Yeman and what is going on in Syria.
THes news agencies are sure trying to UP THEIR RATINGS by "making history" without knowing all the facts.
