i am from st. lucia but i live in england and my great uncle who lives over there recently brought back a huge peice of pure cocoa but i have no idea what to do with it and it seems such a shame to just leave it there
anyone got any suggestions ?

<p><i>Answer by Mas da gr8</i><br/>You may crush it and then use it in baking. its better to use it while making a chocolate cake. Or you may mix the crushed cocoa in milk an make a paste for donuts.</p>
