Not for greece, rome, britain, spain, portugal, Napoleons france, etc for the conservative side.
And yugoslavia, albania are hardly successful for communism.
I can only think of USA, USSR and China, can anyone help me out?
And china is becoming more and more capitalist... Which is a system that has been proved to work the most?

<p><i>Answer by HodgPodg</i><br/>Capitalism has proved to work the best when combined with Democracy. That does not mean a Democrat controlled government. Communism has failed in the past, the USSR went bankrupt and China could not prosper without changing to a more Capitalist form. There is a reason the US is the world power, the strongest nation.

Capitalism works, it makes the human nature of selfishness work to help the nation. In a Capitalist nation hard work pays, in communism you never see the rewards, resulting in many people not working. That is why Communism requires violence to get anything done.</p>
