What does a U.S. citizen need to qualify to live and work in a country like Namibia?

A very good friend of mine wants to emigrate to Namibia, and I would like to know what kind of documents or requirements are needed to enable her to live in Namibia indefinitely, as well as get a job there? And how and where would one apply for these documents?

You can visit for 90 days ..do that first ...while there do thorough research..it could be a hard life there
