Is Aruba a good Honeymoon Destination?

We're planning on heading to Aruba in October 2008. Are hurricanes a concern there this time of year? Anyone with some good ideas of where to stay.
Thanks so much!

Answer by fastenmen
Great Place to go! We went there 3 times and always stayed i the "OLD FARM HOUSE HOTEL" nice place, very personal, has only 12 Suites( all with Jaccuzi) only 3 minutes walk to the main Beach( opposite from the Hotel)
The only thing was, its always soooooooo windy!! So , either you cut your Hair short, or dont bother to go for the hair dresser!
My 2 cents

Aruba is more than beautiful beaches! It is a 33-kilometre (21 mi)-long island of the Lesser Antilles in the southern Caribbean Sea. Unlike much of the Caribbean region, Aruba has a dry climate and an arid, cactus-strewn landscape.
The State of the Netherlands, the State of the Netherlands Antilles, and the State of Aruba form a Commonwealth and share Dutch citizenship.
