I need a info/opinions about the best quad-band cellphones that I can purchase for use in Armenia as well as the USA. I am moving to Armenia with this phone, will have a phone # from there, so it must be a great quality product in order to clearly communicate with my family back in the US. I don't need alot of functions either, the simpler the better. My budget is $ 200. Can anyone help?
