Who has been to jamaica or Sandals resort?

So my husband and I are planning a trip to a Sandals resort in Jamaica! I'm so excited, but I know very little about Jamaica or the Sandals resort. Does anyone have any information to lend?
Jamaica best answer:

Answer by LORI
Sandals resorts are very nice. If you are staying at the one In Ochos Rios it is one of the smaller sandals resorts but is still nice. All your food and watersports such as paddle boats kayaks and snorkeling gear will be included in your stay. You will have a few different options for sit down dinners and a breakfast/lunch and dinner buffet nightly. You will also have free unlimited alcohol and other beverages. Jamaica is just like any other Caribbean island that has a lot of poverty be a ware of your surroundings, don't be flashy with your money or Jewelry. Use common sense. Sandals has it's own private beach and the beach and resort are extremely safe. I recommend you go to Dunn River Falls and Zip lining in the Blue Mountains. The resort activities desk will set up any excursions that interest you. Also bring small USDA bills for tipping. P.S the beach will have jet ski's you can rent by the hour we also enjoyed that. Enjoy!
