My passport is pages are full?

So my passport has 48 pages and I am traveling internationally tomorrow. All the pages have stamps. Will this be an issue? What should I do?

Information that might be useful to answer:
My passport is 3 years old.
Its a Canadian passport.
Most of the stamps in it are to Eastern Europe and ex Soviet Asia (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, I know these places are weird but I go there to visit family)
I will be traveling to Michigan.
