Is Samoa a devoloping country, newly industrialized country, or an industrialized country?

Is Samoa a developing country, newly industrialized country, or an industrialized country? If you can, provide a source to prove the answer and also state where its positives are as well as negatives (for ex. good healthcare in Samoa however the economy and GDP PER CAPITA isn't very good.)
Thank you! :)
