برج المملكة يقع في مدينة الرياض، عاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
اكتمل إنشاء مركز المملكة عام 2002م، وهو يقع وسط الرياض على قطعة أرض اشتراها الأمير الوليد سنة 1990م. ويُعد مركز المملكة أحد أبرز المعالم الحضارية في المملكة العربية السعودية وأكثرها شهرة.
بني المركز على أرض مساحتها 230,94 مترا مربعا بمساحة إجمالية 300.000 مترا مربعا، تتعد استعمالاته من مركز راقي للتسوق و صالة للاحتفالات إلى أدوار مكتبية وأجنحة مكتبية وشقق سكنية فخمة، هذا بالإضافة إلى فندق الفورسيزن وعدد كبير من المطاعم العالمية. يتميز بإطلالته المميزة والتي يمكن مشاهدتها من أبعد نقطة في المدينة. يتوسط برج المملكة تقاطع أهم ثلاث طرق رئيسية في الرياض، في موقع يسهل الوصول إليه.
يضم مركز المملكة، المقام على مساحة 94.230 متر مربع، سوق المملكة التجاري الذي يعد أفخم مركز للتسوق في الرياض والمؤلف من ثلاثة أدوار، وبرج للمكاتب بارتفاع 300 متر والذي كان حين بنائه المبنى الأعلى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. ويحتوي مركز المملكة على ما يزيد عن 65.000 متراً مربعاً من المساحة المعدة للتأجير والتي تتوزع على 30 دوراً من بينها أربعة أدوار للخدمات ودوري ميزانين وجسراً معلقاً يربط الطرفين العلويين للبرج. كما يحتوي البرج إضافة إلى المكاتب وحدات سكنية تضم كل منها ثماني شقق تبلغ مساحتها الإجمالية 8.243 متراً مربعاً، ويضم كذلك فندق فورسيزونز الرياض الذي يحتوي على 197 غرفة و 52 جناحاً وأربعة مطاعم ومركزاً لرجال الأعمال ومسبحاً خارجياً ومرافق للياقة البدنية ومنتجع مياه معدنية. وتدار العمليات اليومية لمركز المملكة من قبل فور سيزونز. وتنظر إدارة المركز في عدد من الخطط الرامية إلى تحقيق قيمة إضافية ومنها إعادة تشكيل بعض الأدوار المخصصة للخدمات من المبنى بهدف زيادة المساحة المتاحة للإيجار.
يبلغ ارتفاع البرج 300 مترا، ويحتوي على 5 طابقا، وفيه مسجد الملك عبد الله من أعلى المساجد في العالم المسجد مقام على ارتفاع 183 متر "600 قدم" فوق سطح البحر في الطابق الـ77 في برج بالرياض .

Kingdom Centre also called Burj Al-Mamlaka (Arabic: برج المملكة) is a supertall skyscraper located in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is the tallest skyscraper in Saudi Arabia and the 45th tallest building in the world with a height of 311 m (1,020 ft). It is also host to the highest mosque in the world. The Tower Contains a total of 43 floors excluding the 4 levels of basement. The Kingdom Centre is owned by Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a prince of the Saudi royal family. It is also the headquarters of his holding company: Kingdom Holding Company. The total cost of the project was US$ 1 billion and the contract was taken by Saudi Arabian Al-Saif and The Italian Impregilo.
Kingdom Centre is situated in Al-Urubah Road between King Fahd Road and Olaya Road in the growing business district of Olaya in Riyadh. Kingdom Centre was the winner of the 2002 Emporis Skyscraper Award, selected as the "Best skyscraper of the world for design". A five-level shopping center, which also won a major design award, fills the east wing. The large opening is illuminated at night in continuously changing colors.
Besides the shopping mall, the Centre includes the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh and state-of-the-art apartments. The 100 meter long skybridge atop the skyscraper, at a height of 297 meters, contains a public observation deck and a view of the entire city of Riyadh. The ellipse motif taken from the tower's footprint appears also in the light fixtures, ceiling panels, entrance canopy, wastebins, and furniture. Kingdom centre is in direct axis with Riyadh's other skyscraper the Al Faisaliyah Center. It creates a silhouetted skyline in the evening.</p>
