Somalia doesnt have a security system to prevent coercion once that is established you can bet you will see investment in the country and markets to start to develop but the main economic impediment is lack of security to prevent forced coercion not lack of government regulations.
sadcat you are ignorant of libertarian ideology there they are for very limited government to prevent force on people thats about it.
