Where can I find a secluded camping spot close to the beach in the mid-atlantic region?

My fiance and are getting married on July 27th and we would like to camp on the beach for our honeymoon. It would be okay if we are near the beach, but not directly on it, though we'd prefer to be close to the water if possible. We are mostly concerned with privacy, because we do not want to spend our honeymoon with our tent pitched 20 feet away from the next group of campers. We are on a budget and probably can't afford more than $ 300 or so for the week, and we'd like to stay within a 5 hour drive of Philadelphia. Any ideas?

Answer by chris w
You would need a big boat for the mid atlantic.
http://woodalls.com/ lists all the campgrounds there are.
