I am working in my previous company (Abu Dhabi) for 1 year and almost 10 months and I was terminated mentioning in the termination letter "due to performance". I would just like to check, what are the benefits/entitlements that I will get from my previous company? Are they going to Ban me in United Arab Emirates?

However, I am not sure what the laws in Abu Dhabi are, and performance issues, and good faith personnel reasons could be subjective, so seek assistance from a lawyer in your jurisdiction to find out what options you have.</p>
