What's the difference between Ireland, Greece, and Romania?

What's the difference between Ireland, Greece, and Romania?

Ireland and Greece are going through a huge economy crisis right now, and there are even some talk about wanting Greece to leave the EU. But on the other hand, Romania is also a very poor country, how come the EU doesn't seem to be effected by this at all? There are no talks about Romania getting kicked out of the EU. So....what's the difference between these 3 countries? Why are people more concern about Ireland and Greece's economy, but not Romania?

Ireland best answer:

Answer by Omega
Ireland and Greece have been in the European Union
longer than Romanian. And the Romanians hadn't
had the investment like Ireland.
