Is there a map somewhere on the web with the borders shown between the countries surrounding the Caspian Sea ?
Thanks for the map. although it doesn't show where the international borders meet on the water itself.

I suppose you could say that, as the other side of the Caspian Sea is European. However, whether you regard that as a lake or an area of sea that got isolated is rather up to you.
