i have been searching the internet for a year now for a baby maltese puppy. i cant afford to pay $ 500 or $ 1000 for one, prefer one under $ 300! everytime i find one in my price range its always a scam from africa or cameroon! could someone please help me?! NO SCAMMERS! i would like for it to be no bigger than 3 pounds full grown, so a minature! thanks
