<h3>What is the title of an animated film set in Burma?</h3>

It's a feature-length animated film set in ancient Burma/Myanmar (the film is in English, though). It's about a white woman who goes to Burma (against her will, I think) to become the teacher of the Burmese emperor's children.
I saw this movie about a decade ago but I can't remember its name. Please help me, I want to see it again.
