<p><i>Answer by Anjaree</i><br/>The auto industry in Japan can survive, and resume production as normal. Some productions have been moved oversee. It remains the strongest industry in Japan.
Australia's strongest industry is foods. Japan needs high quality foods.If Australia cannot provide it, it might turn to New Zealand.
Both Japan and Australia have signed the free trade agreement. They are also in the APEC free trade program.But Australia growing dependency on China is getting Japan worried right now.It's because external shock from China will harm Australia's economy even more.</p>
