I am doing a project on exogenous growth (solow model) I chose Sierra Leone and France and my task is to determine which factor is most responsible for the disparagement between income per capita : $ 340 USD vs $ 42,390 Sierra Leone and France respectively could someone help me I am personally thinking education or technology I would like to hear you guy's opinions thanks
