Does Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe have dual citizenship by birth?

Both of my parents were born in Sierra Leone but I'm American (I was born here). Do I have dual citizenship by birth in Sierra Leone? My mom's grandma is Sao Tomean. Does that mean her mom and my mom were already citizens of Sao Tome by birth.
Sierra Leone best answer:

Answer by Ted
No, because your citizenship is only in the country of your birth. In order to get dual citizenship, you need to apply to become a citizen in Sierra Leone.
