Are the civilians of those countries actually living in better conditions because of the removal of Khadaffi and Saddam Houssein. Do they have more rights, is it more democratic? Or are they just falling from one regime into another? And to extend that question, if the NATO would choose to go into Syria, would removing the current regime guarantee a better government for Syria?
