Which Caribbean is BEST out of these?

TURKS & CAICOS (Provo), ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, or BARBADOS.

Which out of those has best snorkeling, best beaches, pricing, etc (any information on them would be great)

Want to go around August. Would that be in the way of Hurricane season?

All of these websites give detailed information about the islands and nearby locale, while providing more information about food and lodgings, as well as car and house rental possibilities.

I lived in the virgin Islands for a year, so I know about the kind of weather to expect. August is the middle of hurricane season, but the season officially starts on June 1st and ends on November 30th. The odds of a hurricane hitting any of these locations are low, so you should be fine. However, always have a plan in case of a hurricane, just to be on the safe side, as there is always the possibility of hurricanes in the tropics.
