From personal experience, What is your feedback on Aruba? And What Coast of Aruba do you recommend?

We are the ones that asked about planning a honeymoon in August (hurricane season) at one of the Caribbean Islands but my fiance is scared to travel to Anguilla, St Marten, Cayman Islands etc...
So, we wanted info on how Aruba (being that it's below the Hurricane belt) compares to some of these islands. Beaches, Nightlife, Prices...

Answer by TINKERTOY ..... the 1 & only
I have been to Aruba twice, once on a cruise ship and then for a week long stay. We stayed at the Marriott on Palm Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beaches are great and the water was nice with lots of water sports available like jet ski, para-sail, surfing, etc. There's not much in the way of tourist attractions; you can tour what there is in half a day. There are lots of restaurants and they are rather expensive. Several hotels have casinos. There are clubs both in town and in some of the hotels.
The best thing that I like about Aruba is the beach and the hotel we stayed in and the others we saw were great.
