what i meant is that with regards to the just ended AU summit in Banjul, what are the procedures taken by the conference and banqueting manager of the sheraton hotel in the organisation of the event. that is to say the conference room facilities, sitting set up, the menu planning, type and style. i would like the answer to be in the follow format, ie pre-event, during the event and post event.
