I am going to be traveling to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand. I need language help?

I will be traveling to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand in April and the woman I am traveling with is deathly alergic to the following foods:
Nuts - except peanuts
Shell fish and fish
Strawberries
Cherries
Coconut
I am planning on making up some laminated cards that I can carry in my pocket to show vendors that she is alergic to these items and to and to inquire if there are any of them in the food we are about to eat. To do so I require assistance translating the following sentance into French, Lao, Vietnamese and Thai.
I will die if I eat nuts, shell fish, fish, strawberries, cherries and coconuts. Does this food have any of these ingredients in it?
Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Answer by Kitty
Why not into Cambodian, but French??? Cambodian people don't speak French. Most (90%) of the food in these 4 countries contains fish and shell fish products. Nut and coconut are widely used. Strawberry and cherry are occasionally used. I would suggest you to eat only vegetarian food because if you told them that she couldn't eat fish or shell fish, but they'd still add fish products like fish sauce, oyster sauce, some powder................I'm vegetarian. I have a difficulty in ordering food from the non-vegetarian restaurant. I tell them that I don't eat meat or any meat products, but they still add meat powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, shrimp paste.... because they don't think they are meat. Even if you tell them in their languages, but they don't really understand you the meanings of non-meat and non-fish. You have to be careful. I've been to these 4 countries. I'm sorry that I can't translate your sentences. (We don't have a word for nut as we call each nut their names)
Khmer: Fish means Trey, Shell fish means Krum, Strawberry is called stawbery, Cherry is the same and Coconut is Dong. Vegetarian is Buos
Thai: Fish means Plaa, Strawberry is called stawbery, Cherry is the same and Coconut is Mapraav. You can speak Thai in Laos as their languages are very similar and most of Lao people can speak Thai. Vegetarian is Je
Sorry, I don't know Vietnamese. Vegetarian is Chay

Exploring the ruins & temples around Angkor Wat in Cambodia with Jason & Sanna. Best trip ever, despite the dangers & awful travel conditions. Awesome
