I thawed out some frozen green chile's from the summer a few weeks ago and forgot to use them. Would they still be good?

<p><i>Answer by SuziQ</i><br/>I would be very surprised if they were any good. I can barely keep fresh peppers in the fridge for more than a week. If they have become liquidy and slimy - toss them out.</p>
