Cameroon best answer:

Answer by poornakumar b
Major part of the land is in Tropicl rain forests and the northern third is in Savannahas. There is a profusion of forests and large biodiversity. Plenty of insects are there causing diseases (Malaria, Tse tse fly, fly causing river blindness).
Due to poor infrastructure medical faciliteis are not within reach of the interior communities in forests who suffer most & need medicine the most.
With large parts in the interior continental Africa, temperature extremities are large causing physical discomfort that too depresses the feeling of well beingth.
