How do you verify a Facebook account when you live in New Zealand?

How do you verify a Facebook account when you live in New Zealand?

I live in New Zealand and it insists on giving my phone number to verify. I do a lot of boards and every time I want to post something, i have to type in a captcha phrase. It's getting really annoying.

I've sent my phone number in but I live in New Zealand and I haven't received any texts, I've tried more than 5 times already! Someone help!

Answer by funnytim
The captcha phrase will go away after a while. I can't remember exactly when, but it will.

If you just continue using the site (and typing in the captcha phrase) it will go away after a while (probably once facebook is sure that you're not a computer).

If you really want to activate Facebook mobile, but it does not work, try contacting facebook about it, as they may not have support in New Zealand.

new zealand robins (petrocia australis) are friendly and abundant along the track.

they kept getting close to my shoes, which was puzzling. at some point i even thought it wanted to peck at me. then a woman explained that the robin was waiting for me to turn the soil, so it could pick at the worms and small insects. these birds have clearly adapted to the frequent walkers.
