Some men know how to meet ladies and some don't. This is for those of you who don't or those who can meet someone new only to spoil it with a stupid mistake. Don't wait to learn from experience. Learn from the mistakes of others.

Here are five things you can do to wreck your chances to meet ladies:

1) Tell her all the reasons she should like you. You, being a man, might see the logic in a reasoning process like this. Sales people do it all the time. Draw a line down a piece of paper and put all the reasons to like you on one side and all the reasons not to like you on the other. Well, guess what. It doesn't work when trying to convince a woman to like you.

She's not operating on reason and logic. For her it's all emotions. The first thing you need to know if you want to know how to meet ladies is that they are operating on a system entirely different from yours. It's PC vs. Mac. Men are logical, women are emotional.

2) Some men who don't know how to meet ladies think it's because they are not good looking enough or too old or too young or not rich enough. They give up before they even begin. But it's not true!

There are some women to whom those things are important, but they are in the minority. To a woman, the most important attractive thing in a man is PERSONALITY. There are certain personality traits that push a woman's buttons in a positive, even a sexual, way. Some men can do it naturally. The good news is that the rest of us can learn to do it. You can learn to use body language and communication skills that will make a woman feel toward you the same way you feel when you see a young, sexy lady.

3) Tell her how you feel about her too early in the relationship. But didn't I just say women are more emotional and all that. Yes, but that doesn't mean they want to hear it from you. Think about it. Here's this really attractive woman. How many guys has she dated? Plenty. And do you know how many of them said they really like her, maybe that they love her. Lots. If you say it you'll sound just like the rest of them.

Stop a moment and compare her to a movie star. Big stars can't even go out in the street without people stopping them and saying "I love you," "You're great," "You're wonderful." Don't you think they get tired of hearing it at some point? Well, so did she.

4) Some men will never know how to meet ladies until they understand women are attracted by things that are very different from what attracts men. Men are attracted by young, nicely shaped, sexy women. When a man sees someone like that there is an instant sexual attraction.

It's different with women. The source of a man's power with women is not his looks. It's in his behavior. If a man does certain things, act certain ways, he will attract women, attractive women, regardless of what he looks like. Don't believe it. Look around and see how many really attractive women are with average looking men. And those men aren't all rich, either.

5) They don't get help in learning how to meet ladies. One of the oldest jokes in the world is that a man will not ask for directions. When putting together a bicycle or a bookshelf he thinks of the instructions only as a last resort. It's no different with dating.
