The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Nicole Maroulakos Goodwin has joined its Phoenix office as a shareholder in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Goodwin was a partner with Quarles & Brady.
Her litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate governance disputes, contract, antitrust, financial institutions, health care, probate and real estate matters. She has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals and arbitration venues.

Goodwin holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
