How deadly would war be in Korea if China and Russia got DIRECTLY involved?

That's what many nations fear now days, if China or Russia will step in. Mostly China would help North Korea because they share borders. But if war did brake out, what would happen if China and Russia got directly involved in the war? For example 3 million Chinese soldiers and 2 million Russian soldiers aided the North Korea army.

Nicholas I
The monument to the iron-willed and notoriously despotic Russian ruler Nicholas I on St. Isaac's Square was built by renowned Russian architect August Monferrane between 1856 and 1859. Monferrane also built the neighboring St. Isaac's Cathedral.
His despotic rule over Russia from 1825-1855 saw the crushing of the liberal Decembrist revolt and the expanse of Russian territory largely at the expense of Turkey.
