Where can I buy ferrets on Long Island?

Where can I buy ferrets on Long Island?

I'm looking to buy one or two young/baby ferrets on Long Island... I live near Huntington, and I don't have access to a car for long periods of time, so it would have to be close. I'm looking for pet stores, breeders, and adoption agencies, and I'm hoping not to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the ferret... Thank you so much!!

Answer by hyspeed_games
I'm sorry, I can't help you with finding a ferret.

But I can tell you - from personal experience - that ferrets are not an ideal pet. Aside from their odor - which can be very bad - they aren't often friendly.

If you really want a small animal like that, I recommend a chinchilla or something with a better disposition.
