Piracy is a result of the rich countries of West Europe stealing the fish reserves of poor Somalia. The natural reaction is piracy. Is this fair ?

<p><i>Answer by How_Would_I_Know</i><br/>Nobody steals anything. African countries lease fishing rights to foreign countries. If they misuse the money afterwards, it's nobody's fault but their own.</p>
