If you're born in Malta and are Maltese but your family moves when you are a baby are you still a citizen?

I am asking this because I live in England, but am from Malta and wish to return to study at Malta University, so would I be doing so as a Maltese citizen or as an international student?
(hope I made myself clear thank you)

Answer by naturegirl321
Unless you signed a document giving it up, then you are proabbly still a citizen. Go to the embassy to verify it.
