If I bought a parrot in Saudi Arabia and transform it to Canada, how much a ticket for a bird costs?

Do I need to get a passport for the pet or is that even legal?
Burkina Faso best answer:

Answer by Night_owl
You would need to import the pet legally which would involve all the proper quarantine and health requirements. Also if the bird is protected at all you would need the proper permits and such to even consider bringing the bird into the country so it would depend on the type of bird.
I would contact your local consulate for Canada to find out what the Canadian requirements are health wise for veterinary health certificates for birds coming into Canada from Saudi Arabia.
