They bring all the listings which match the criteria to you, leaving you to dream about that perfect suburban home as opposed to sifting through hundreds of property listings yourself - however - what if you miss out on your dream home because it is listed with another real estate agent?

Luckily there is a property resource which almost every person in South Africa has either heard of or used when looking for a new home. Property24 is basically a huge database of property listings which allows you to fill in all your requirements and consequently filter through the thousands of listings and ultimately find exactly what you are looking for. Once you have found your perfect match it connects you to the real estate agent and the rest is history.
