How do you cook Azerbaijani kutaby? (dough filled with herbs and grass)?

I am trying to find a recipe that's used by people in Azerbaijan. The ones I tasted in restaurants in the US are very different. Thank you :)

Answer by george b
hahaa are u talking about jingalohatz? ARMENIAN food made in the ARTSAKH region of Armenia. It is thin dough filled with many different grasses and cooked lightly on a flat pan. Good luck looking for a recipe, your best choice though is to go to an Armenian from Artsakh (Karabkah) and learn from them.
