On October 24th, 2011, Inspector Ray Robitaille of the Calgary Police Service and other Canadian colleagues distributed some teddy bears at a daycare-kindergarten in Kabul, Afghanistan. Canada's civilian police officers (CIVPOL) in Afghanistan are part of Canada's contribution to reform and rebuild the Afghan National Police (ANP). During their tour in Afghanistan, Canadian police officers also contribute, through their donations and actions, to many community projects.
