Can Americans own land in Namibia?

I am interested in buying land and building a home in Namibia. But, before I do, I wanted to know if there are any laws prohibiting Americans from purchasing land there? If so, what are the restrictions and what, if any, are the exceptions there? Also, what are the best parts of Namibia to buy land in today?
Namibia best answer:

Answer by Marquis
There are no laws banning US citizens from buying, owning or selling real estate in Namibia. The country has good diplomatic relations with the US.

Namibia, Swakopmund, Mondesa
