Is Pakistan and Bangladesh allright places for an american to visit or to live?

<p><i>Answer by Ehsan</i><br/>I went this year to Pakistan and I think it has vastly improved in 3 years, better road network more modernised now then it ever was. However I do recommend that you be aware of your sorrounding as there is a lot of crime there in both Bangladesh and Pakistan and they see westerners as easy targets, but that is really in rural areas. Most westerners that I know or work in Pakistan are in the capital city of Islamabad which is quite safe and it is very vibrant, modernised. You may wanna think of the cost because due to inflation in Pakistan things cost a lot more.</p>
