Hi, after studying abroad in China will i be able to speak fluent mandarin? How long will i have to be there to know mandarin fluently?

<p><i>Answer by Níchσlє ♥</i><br/>Since it's a lot different from English, it will take a bit. And it will be frustrating! Realistically, you should have a really good grasp of the language in 6 months, but the pronunciation will never be perfect and it may take longer. If you already can speak some Mandarin, that is better and you will learn the remaining parts of the language much faster! Good luck :)</p>
