It must be safe!!! Also, money is no object for me, so it wouldnt matter. It must be in the city, manhatten if possible. I am moving from Andorra, so I need to know what area is best.

This is the link for Morton's. It is by bar the BEST chain of steak houses in the country. Only a small few restaurants carry steak that good.
