I am of Asian decent (Japanese/Filipino) living in Hawaii. I am interested about Andorra because unlike other tax havens such as Monaco or liechtenstein, the cost of living in Andorra is really low when it comes to food, rent and electricity. Also life expectancy rates are high in Andorra. I am not sure how outsiders are treated in Andorra but I know its economy is based on tourism so maybe they are foreign friendly?? I know New Zealand is a country I have to avoid because a majority of the population are xenophobic and look down on my kind (Asians).
