In Uzbekistan last week a 16 year old woman was condemned to be raped by the entire village after she was caught walking in the sunllight. Is it fair to condemn them?

Telyashayakh Mosque is a famous mosque in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is a doubly landlocked country in Central Asia. It shares borders with Kazakhstan to the west and to the north, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to the east, and Afghanistan and Turkmenistan to the south.</p>
