I am interested in living with a host family in Spain (or any Spanish-speaking country) but am not sure which websites are safe to network through. I've never heard of any good sites for host families, and I do not want to give personal information out until I know who is trustworthy. I am not looking for a family to live with during a whole semester but rather one that I can live with for a few weeks. Any suggestions?

<p><i>Answer by Dart</i><br/>The way to do this is to go on an accredited program, where they SCREEN the prospective host families, and they help you get set up.

Go to CSIET.com or CIEE. They have a website. CIEE is more limited in locations.

EF also does educational home stays.</p>
