I dont know what to do , is it legal or not, plz help, she said she is in some refugee camp in Dakar Senegal

I can only hope that this is a joke and that people still aren't this stupid in 2009. And just in case you are that stupid, my first statement was sarcastic. If you give a random person in Africa your bank information, then you deserve to be taken of all your money.</p>
