Is a massage certificate from Thailand valid in Florida?

My wife is a certified massage therapist from Thailand and wants to work in Florida. Does anybody here know if she needs a new certificate or does she just need to take the state test? Serious replies only, please.

If the cert is not in english, you could have it translated by your embassy + certified. You might be able to get away with it.
