From Italy, is it possible to see, with and without binoculars, across the Adriatic Sea to Croatia, Montenegro, Albania or even Corfu?

Unfortunaly everywhere you go in Albania, you will see huge piles of dumped rubbish. Every time you cross a bridge over a stream or river, you will be able to smell the rubbish that has invarably been thrown over into the waters below.

Its a shame, as some realy nice photos have been spoiled by the rubbish.
